Ten 55 Brewing plans to expand our current business concept to a large production brewpub, capable of producing enough beer to distribute across Arizona, both in kegs to draft beer retailers, and in cans for sale to packaged retailers, such as liquor and grocery stores. Most of our production volume will be distributed off-premises, but our brewpub will also provide an outlet for on-premise sales. Our brewpub will feature a simple food menu with a focus on fresh, quality ingredients, which aligns with our current brand. Our brewpub will also feature a community outdoor space where our patrons can enjoy a beer and a game of bocce in an unassuming atmosphere. We are seeking $1,999,363 in equity capital to fund this expansion of our brewery to a new location. A full capital budget is available in our financial statements at the end of this plan. This capital will be used to scale up our brewing equipment, as well as purchase packaging equipment to can our beer. This capital will also be used to design and build out our new home, and purchase enough inventory to get the restaurant and brewery off to a running start. Lastly, this capital will be used to furnish the restaurant end of the business, and handle pre-opening expenses.
